🔹 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Nope. All gear is made-to-order, which means we don’t keep inventory or accept returns.

But if your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or totally wrong — that’s on us, and we’ll fix it fast. Just email info@mainstreetdadsclub.com with your order number and a photo.

🔹 What if I ordered the wrong size?

Because everything is printed just for you, we can’t swap sizes.

Double-check the size chart before you order — and if you’re between sizes, we recommend going up one.

🔹 Can I cancel or change my order?

You cannot cancel or change. Orders go into production fast — usually within a few minutes.

🔹 How long does shipping take?

Most items are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–9 business days total.

🔹 I never got my package — what now?

Start by checking your tracking number (it’s in your shipping confirmation email).

If it says delivered but it’s MIA, check with your neighbors or local post office first.
